“Asbestos” is a name given to six naturally occurring fibrous materials.  These minerals have high tensile strength, electrical resistance and resistance to thermal and chemical degradation which make them suitable for insulation. This material is most commonly found in wall insulation, vinyl floor tiles, roofing, siding shingles, steam pipes, and heat resistant fabrics.  Asbestos particulates released into the air are easily ingested by inhalation. Exposure to these tiny, needlelike asbestos fibers may cause serious health conditions like lung cancer, mesothelioma, and other respiratory complications.  At Charles Abatement, experience meets skill. Asbestos is removed from the home according to State and Federal guidelines to ensure your safety.

Do you have a mold problem? Mold are naturally growing fungi that can grow almost anywhere. They are found indoors and outdoors and grow best in warm , moist, and humid conditions.  Mold exposure can lead to nasal stuffiness, eye irritation, skin irritation, exacerbation of respiratory problems and more severe reactions in some people. In addition to the health related risks, mold  has the ability to decompose any material that it grows on and poses as a threat to the  integrity of the  structure of your home or office.  In the long run, you will save yourself time and money as well as improve your health and happiness.
